Autumn Luncheon

November 9, 2012

Lady friends eating lunch under falling leaves. Warm food. Cool air. Good conversation. It’s almost embarrassing how long I’ve chewed on this idea.

Okay, you win. It’s been 2 years in the making. Don’t judge. I don’t procrastinate (at least intentionally).

Thing is, last fall I was cooped up with Sir John (the toilet basin). 1st trimester was fugly, you guys. The year before that? All I can remember was living off of rice crackers, avocados, and olives… a new mom coping with a very restrictive allergy diet.

Major bummer two years in a row!

Happy to report, this year it all panned out! Definitely well worth the wait. Or maybe that’s just the food talking.
