BBQ Chicken Pizza

Summer spells pizza, pool, and fun in the sun! Actually no, wait. Summer is spelled… Oh whatever. The point is this pizza tastes like Summer!

As has been established, I kinda like to use my favorite restaurant dishes & recreate them at home. This is my version of Wolfgang Puck’s BBQ Chicken Pizza. I think Mr. Puck might actually be kinda proud. Hope you are too! Buon appetito!

    Also a favorite dish in our family. I’d recommend the TJ’s whole wheat pizza dough – I swear it tastes better than the white! Thanks for the homemade BBQ sauce recipe. Pretty sure they don’t have BBQ sauce at the supermercado!

      Getting dough from your favorite parlor is ideal. I was already at TJ’s so just snagged this. Yes, you’re quite right… thinking BBQ sauce isn’t probably a staple item down there! haha! 🙂

    I have made this twice since your post!! It has become a family favorite! So easy to make and fast! It is now my husbands favorite pizza, thanks or the great receipe!

      Yeah we’re kinda BBQ chicken pizza junkies over at our house too. It’s slightly ridiculous! haha! Makes me feel less gluttonous knowing there’s another family that loves this as much as we do! 🙂

    I made this tonight and it was DELISH! I have only ever used the tube pizza dough but used the TJ pizza dough this time, wow! Huge difference! Thanks for posting this!
