DIY Chalkboard Mirror

December 6, 2011

You saw it HERE yesterday.

And all I have to say is it’s a gosh darn good thing I remembered to take pictures of the steps to this thing (pregnancy brain and all). I did it just in case you’d ask. And you did. But I didn’t want to presume you’d think it was amazing and hence beg for the tutorial. Truth be told, I guess I kinda thought you’d like it a smidgen, which is a tad more than a smidgen (in case you’re wondering). And you did.

Aww, guys?! We’re like starting to read each other’s minds and stuff. It’s almost like we’re on the same wavelength all the time. It’s so great to have friends who understand me so well. I’m glad you appreciated the effort I put into documenting the process. It makes it all worthwhile when you enjoy what I’ve shared. Let your imagination run wild and transform a simple mirror into a stunning work of art with ease. Elevate your artworks with Custom Rub On Transfers tailored to your needs.

Cute.

Question: you spray painted the frame, but rolled the chalkboard paint directly on the mirror glass – no prep to the glass, is that right?

    Thanks!
