Double Dinner (part 2)

January 22, 2013

By the time we’re done with all of this… you’ll be dreaming of salmon (and hopefully not in the nightmare form). Lost already? Start back HERE.

This recipe is one of those that foots the bill for almost any situation. We’ve had it for company, delivered to a friend in need, or just for an easy Sunday dinner.

Serve alongside roasted potatoes and steamed beans and you’re already more than halfway done with tomorrow’s dinner!

Speaking of tomorrow, be sure to reserve 2 filets, potatoes and some green beans (enough for two servings). Bon appetite!

I have made this recipe twice. The first with salmon for myself and then for the family with trout we caught at our lake house. Needless to say there were many oohs and ahhhs at the dinner table. An absolute hit! Thank you for the amazing recipe. Will be making for years to come 🙂
