It’s a summer classic – s’mores, only miniature and in milkshake form. Although tiny, they were a BIG hit with the boys. Pretty sure Beck didn’t come up for air until his straw slurped bottom. That stance means business, people.

oh my adorable! I wish my little would hurry and figure out how to slurp from a straw so we could try these! Any tips for teaching a 16 month old how to properly use a straw haha?! 🙂
With both boys I started straws around 6 months – cutting the straw so it’s only about 3 inches in length. Making it shorter means less distance for them to taste their efforts! ha! Also, be sure to start with a shallow glass or even dish so you can hold the straw for them. If you model how by exaggerating what to do, that also helps. Good luck!
awe thanks for the advice! we’ve tried to demonstrate to him how to use a straw many times, never thought to shorten the straw for him though, that’s a great tip!
Oh my gosh this looks amazing and I am a sucker for anything that has marshmallows in it! I will definitely be making this.. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Yum yum yum! Anything with ice cream is a winner in my book! Last month at Dairy Queen, S’mores was the flavor of the month for shakes! It was good, but I bet yours is even better! Also, still hoping you post about potty training soon….hahaha, my son just turned 3 and he is definitely ready….it’s me that is not! 🙂 But I promised the hubby that I would start very soon since my oldest is in school now! Blah! Not looking forward to this!
