If you can find a cheap flight into Boston, the drive isn’t bad at all! Hope you can visit one day!

So glad I came across this post! My husband and I were just talking about taking a trip to a festive little Christmas village in December. I was pushing the Switzerland angle, but this seems like a much more realistic option that he might actually agree to 🙂

How fun, I bet it’s beautiful during Christmas! I’ve never been any where on that side of the U.S, maybe some day! Have fun!

If you can find a cheap flight into Boston, the drive isn’t bad at all! Maybe you can twist his arm (minus the indian burn, of course) haha!

Such a big fan of your blog (I’m a first grade teacher and am just so inspired by your posts and what a positive person you seem to be!) and I got so excited when I saw you’re coming to Maine (it’s funny how us Mainers feel famous when someone mentions our state way up north here :P)…. I live in Bridgton and have never gone to Kennebunkport in the winter. I may just have to go this year! You should visit Maine in the summer sometime as well, the lakes are so beautiful and so much fun! Enjoy!

There is nothing more beautiful than the North East around the holidays. My husband and I just spent a week up on Lake Winnipesaukee in NH for the fall and I think Maine would be a beautiful trip right before the holidays. We’re about a 4 hr drive so I am absolutely going to talk to the husb and see if we can join you.

LOVED Kennebunkport and cannot wait to go back… But just had a second little one. Maybe next year!
