Cranberry Orange Muffin Recipe

I don’t know about you, but this Christmas season has seemed to blow by like a blustery blizzard — way too fast for my liking. Husby is taking the whole week off and we’re planning to slow things down for the days leading up to Christmas (a’hem dare I admit we stayed in jammies all day?) Ha! I made these cranberry orange muffins with the boys for breakfast with every intention of freezing the leftovers to serve on Christmas morning. Update: they’re gone. Every last one. I took a gamble using fresh whole cranberries — the result is a tart and sweet combination that keeps you coming back for more! Enjoy!

    So yummy! Saved the recipe a year ago and finally made them as a “happy new year” gift for my daughters’ teachers (since we are never organized enough to give Christmas gifts before the holidays. 🙂 these muffins paired with some local honey from a friend’s bees were a huge hit!! Thank you!
