Throw close-minded caution to the wind. If it’s shiny, metallic, or leather of any kind, you’re bound to be on point this Fall. There will be glitter and glam on flashy accessories (especially clutches, flats, & jewelry) as well as on clothing. Gold will continue to be the metal of choice. Venture out of the box by mixing leather on leather (even if it’s lacquered), either monochromatic or as a pop of bright bold color. Combining glam with leather says, “I’m kinda tough with a side of sassafras.” If you’re not one for applying full-on glitz to your garments try embellished makeup as a subtle nod to the trend, like Revlon Diamond Shadow in “Night Sky”.
