I’ve been teased for having a major thing (which is putting it mildly) for breakfast. But then again, you all know this by now… it needs no reminding seeing as this waffle is but one of too many already posted.
All you out there that believe breakfast is strictly reserved from the hours of midnight to noon… this one’s for you! You see, I’ve disguised it. To make it quote unquote dinner worthy. It’s a savory & sweet DINNER sandwich (that just happens to resemble waffles). Maybe after trying this one, you anti breakfast-for-dinner eaters will wise up.
Guess the street goes both ways… us anti dinner-for-breakfast eaters might learn a thing or two, too! Tee-hee!

ok. I shouldn’t look at your food posts while at work. Officially.
That looks tastey! I can’t wait to try it… I love waffles! Thanks for the post!
Woah, I really dig this idea. I’ve had ice cream sandwiches on waffles, but never breakfast sandwiches.

Oh yummy! What a perfect idea! And perfect meal!
My husband is always joking with me about my love for breakfast–in the morning as well as any other time of day! I’m having a good time converting him to being a breakfast fiend as well. =)
The idea with waffles is great. Will definitely use it. But maple syrup and ham? My belly says no.
We love breakfast for dinner in our household – I just made these last night & they were amazing! I was a little skeptical about the maple syrup with the eggs, ham and tomato, but it works! The salty/sweet combo was a incredible!
