Couldn’t help but bust out a lil’ Riverdance action while preparing this darling mini (small enough for our friends the leprechauns) chocolate mint pudding! She’s as good as gold. It was super easy to make and had a smaller than pint sized WOW factor! Says I, eat a bit o’ luck lil’ lassie.
