Why hello, friend! Thanks for sharing your comments. Should you have a question, please feel free to ask it here and I'll do my best to reply promptly. Thanks for stopping by! xo
you should try a couple pieces turkey bacon in the middle and then syrup and powdered sugar on top! its yumtastic!;) have you tried making crepes into dessert?
Hahaha! I think you should forever call them pancake tacos! I’ve been wanting to try to make crepes for a while now! Your recipes are always delicious and realistic so I think I might have to give this one a try! Thanks 🙂
I love crepes – growing up with British parents our ‘pancakes’ are slightly thicker versions of crepes, not the fluffier stackable pancakes common in the US. So crepes have always been the closest thing to my childhood favourite that I find when I’m out. Your photos as always are amazing!
PS. What did hubby end up getting you for your birthday? I’m wondering if he took everyone’s suggestions!
Gorgeous! So….Paris?! It’s my favorite city on the planet (well, of all those I’ve visited anyway). Would your hypothetical trip be sans kids? How romantic 🙂 I’m crossing my fingers and toes that your husband gives the green light!
Looks and sounds delish! Now be honest, your 1st time making them, how many attempts did it take before they looked picture perfect? I’m not asking because I’m doubting your ability…I ask because I’ve never made them and I’m curious how aggravated I’ll get 🙂
First one I made stuck because I didn’t spray my non-stick pan. But after that, they all turned out just great! You’ll be surprised at how simple they are! Even easier than flipping flapjacks, my friend! Douse them with powdered sugar and they’ll look pretty no matter what! ha!

Thank you for the great idea! My kids and husband gobbled them up and I loved how easy it was.
Yummy! You can use sub. flour with white rice flour to make them gluten free- and they are just as delicious!
My little one calls them, ‘skinny cakes!’
YUM!!! Those look amazing.

Love crepes! Thanks for the recipe.
I used to make cheese blintzes but haven’t in awhile. I’ll have to do that again with the crepes. Also love with nutella.
