Anyone else loving every minute of Summer? So far, it’s been an exceptionally great one, for us. We’ve been trying to look at each day as almost vacation: staying up late, sleeping in even later, long days poolside, grilling out, lots of evenings spent outdoors playing… you get the drift. This past week (with a lot of extra fruit on hand) we decided to make homemade chocolate covered fresh frozen fruit popsicles (huffing and puffing). That was a doozie title to say, now wasn’t it?! ha! Anyway, the boys enjoyed every step — including munching along the way. And if you ask them, they make for the perfect post slip-in-slide treat! Don’t know what to do today with your littles? Give these fresh fruit pops a try! They’re equally fun as they are delicious!
those look delicious!! did you leave the little bit of kiwi peel on? I actually don’t mind eating the peeling on a kiwi, but my children do not. curious as to whether it was used to secure the popsicle stick or not. Have a great day with your Littles!
Sure did! I was a little hesitant to do it; but wanted the chocolate to stay on and also figured the chocolate would cover-up any weird texture. Worked out just fine — the kids couldn’t tell one bit!
So cute! Looks yummy and your boys are so precious. I love your white dishes..do you mind sharing where they are from?xo
They’re from IKEA a few years back! They have similar ones in stock… just not exactly the same. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help!
