Why hello, friend! Thanks for sharing your comments. Should you have a question, please feel free to ask it here and I'll do my best to reply promptly. Thanks for stopping by! xo
Thanks, Maggie! The polish is “Pure Porcelain” by Orly. I’ve tried bumloads of nudes {that sounds really crude}… but seriously this is my favorite everyday neutral. I LOVE it! I guess everyday eyes should have an everyday polish to go with it, right? 😉
You’ve always been so good at this! I feel like my make-up routine is kind of a joke. Speaking of which – it still begins with a lathering on of Coconut Lime Verbena “crisco” 🙂 Anyways, I wanted to say that I think you’re eyes are beautiful without the makeup too. An article I read in a magazine recently had a make up artist who recommended going a couple days a week without make-up, to just kind of give your skin a break. Just a thought. I know motherhood sometimes forces that, like it or not. 🙂
Oh, and one more thing, I’d love to paint your eyes again… this time without make up. 🙂 I think it kind of gives you a more youthful/naive look.
Yes, pool days I go without makeup. Or some days just very minimal. It is good to give your skin some breathing time. I’m flattered you want to paint me again… I’m scared to see a “makeup less me” on canvas! haha! 😉
Uh, you’re too kind. Was slightly embarrassed posting this without make-up. But hey… that’s the real me! The liner is A.MAZE.ING! It’s waterproof so it doesn’t just slide off like most. You’ll be in love.
i love the little camera shake when you asked if it was looking ok–i’m assuming he was nodding! haha so cute. i love this! i do the most boring makeup eeeevery day. i’ll have to try your tricks!
Nice tutorial! I need to try Mac eyeshadow… I’ve been pretty devoted to Clinique, but I have friends who love the Mac shadows. What kind of brushes do you use? Anyhoo, good job! 🙂
Very nice tutorial. I’m definitely going to have to try out that primer and liner. That liner color is awesome, I’ve always stuck with the basic black or brown but now I am feeling very open to trying out a new color 🙂 Thankies. PS. You look just as lovely without makeup.

I use to have short eyelashes too! Try Latisse. It rocks!
YOU are just a doll! with or without the eye makeup! You seem to be such a sweet genuine person and it really shines through in this video. I’m so glad I found your blog!

I’m a new follower of your blog (*too cute*) and I just saw this tutorial for the first time. My everyday eye is very similar to this but I might have to try your eyeliner! It looks great!
Also, I saw the comment suggesting that you try Latisse: Arbonne sells an identical product for was less dinero! I’m pretty blessed in the eyelash department so I mainly used it on my eyebrows (not so blessed :/). I thought it worked great and it definitely didn’t leave any hint of turning anything brown!
*congrats on your new bundle too!*

I love your eye make-up! I tried your tutorial out with some different colors that I already have, and I love the results! I always seem to have trouble with my lower liner… but now it looks great! Thank You!!

Latisse does turn your eyelids brown but it does work. I have been using Le Lash that is an over the counter product that you can get at beauty supply stores it’s about $75.00 and it really works great and I have not seen the brown tint that Latisse leaves behind. My lashes look like the mascara commercials. There was a small tingle like the lip plumping stuff at first but I just put it on before bed and with in weeks you have luscious thicker lashes.

absolutely love this video! Well all your videos actually haha. Just discovered your site and I definitely now know where to go for a quick one stop perfect beauty tip blog. Anyways, so your eyes are gorgeous and really pop with this shadow combo but do u possibly have any quick easy combinations to allow medium brown eyes to pop? Well thanks for the tips and I cant wait for the next video:)
Love this look! What nail polish are you wearing?

I love me some Urban Decay shadows almost just as much, if not better. I’d highly recommend both! LMK if you give ’em a try! 🙂

I’d LOVE to rock Latisse but scared it’ll turn my eyes brown… it happened to my aunt!
