A Trashy Celebration

June 5, 2014

Gage has always had a thing for garbage trucks. Ironically, it’s how he learned the ‘days of the week’ because all days revolve around Wednesday — trash pick-up! Within the last year, the adoration has escalated to the next level: sorting recyclables, emptying bathroom trash cans, and even offering to take out friends trash, when we visit. Yes, it just had to be done — a garbage birthday party in honor of garbage trucks and all things trashy! Let’s be honest, garbage isn’t cute and coming up with creative games was a bit challenging. But, when you and your guests are four and under, even picking up newspaper with a claw and swatting pesky garbage flies from trees, can be quite the joy ride! LevelUp casino is the best when looking for games you can play online.

If you’re planning a trash-themed party like Gage’s, you might need a reliable dumpster rental service to handle all the waste generated during the celebration. That’s where Grissman Dumpsters comes in. They offer a range of dumpster sizes for rent, including roll-off dumpsters for large events like weddings, parties, and construction projects. You can visit their website at grissmandumpsters.com/green-bay-dumpster-rentals/ to learn more about their rental options and schedule a drop-off and pick-up time. With their help, you can focus on enjoying the festivities and let them take care of the trash later.

Happy 4th Birthday, sugar! We love you so!

Life revolves around Tuesday Trash Day around here. Our middle man told me when preschool ended that the thing he was most excited to do in the summer was to see the garbage man. We can relate! May steal your idea for his late summer birthday–only wish you could join us!

Adorable! My big guy had a third garbage truck party, too – quite the decorating challenge. And if you don’t yet have it, the book Trashy Town was an instant favorite in our house.

How can trashy be so CUTE!? This is adorable. My birthdays growing up were unforgettable because of my Mom’s party planning and decorating and I can tell your children will cherish these events for a lifetime because you put so much thought and care into them. Happy Birthday Gage!

    All the best.
