The vintage Pink Pistachio readers know that I’m currently on a gluten, dairy, nut, and egg free diet. Babykins has allergies to ’em so my diet is also restricted… {confused? do the math w/how he gets his milky-milk. sorry TMI}. This recipe has Loverbuns {who isn’t GF} asking me to make them on a weekly basis – they’re that good. You won’t even know they’re missin’ a ‘thang bc they ain’t.

Are you gluten free, lovely Lindsay? You’ll be asking for sweet mercy as you indulge in every numscious bite. Husby is restraining my hands from charging to the bananas as we speak! I just want to make batch after batch after batch after… k, yeah. I’m that obsessed. Maybe save yourself and don’t make them. Then you won’t be tortured by always wanting them. Let me know how they were received! 🙂
Made these– husband probably won’t be asking for more (with his refined, I can eat flour palate), but they were delicious for this gluten free mama! 🙂
