I hurray. You hurray. We all hurray for sorbet! And what’s more… I’ll give one final hoorah for how easy it is to make! The tart raspberries with the sweet blueberries is the perfect combination to be scooped up by a soft lemony sugar cookie. Now that’s just what the 4th of July ordered for dessert!

I have had an icecream maker for over a year and have never used it! Sorbet is the special dessert my diary/egg allergy son can have at restaurants. Thanks for the recipe…I can now make it at home and have an excuse to finally use my icecream maker. 🙂
