happy cinco de mayo, friends! we’re here in florida fiesta-ing (and siesta-ing, for that matter) for the rest of the week. here are a few snippets from yesterday spent at the pool. by some miracle, none of us have sunburns. might have to pack up this beautiful weather as a souvenir. summer, feel free to come as soon as you’d like!
swimming always calls for snacks. we packed along, popchips — popped potato, tortilla, and veggie chips without the guilt. not fried (too greasy) or baked (too cardboard-y). rather, with a little heat and pressure, pop! it’s a chip! and our whole family LOVES them. the barbecue and sour cream and onion flavors are our favorites. get a coupon to try them for yourself, here.
