On a whim when the flakes were falling fast we grabbed a mixing bowl and a spoon to collect fresh snow for making ice-cream! If you’ve ever tried Chickfila’s ice-dream, you know what I’m talking about — oh so light and almost icey. Snow-cream is very similar. And might I add … incredibly fun to eat! Snow, did you hear that? We’re all screaming for another scoop!
What a fun idea. If it only snowed here in Australia.
Gorgeous pictures!! I like your recipe much better than ours! I’ll have to remember it for next year (no more snow please – I’m ready for summer 🙂 ).
love the photos! looks yum!
Growing up I always put maple syrup straight on the snow. You should try that with your boys! So good!
Oh my gosh I am totally going to do this!!!!

This looks right up my alley! I’ll have to give this a try next time it snows. My daughter would love it!
Oh my goodness. I hope it snows again 🙂
I absolutely love and adore your blog! You have the most adorable family and I have never been so inspired to try new and fun activities with my little ones! HUGS!
This is such a sweet idea! Definitely doing this {if we get anymore snow this winter} with my little ones! Thanks for the fabulous idea, Missy!
You always come up with the best ideas! dalydoseofdarling.com
This looks wonderful!! We live with farmers fields behind and beside us and our snow has been so dirty this winter. Add the doggy jumping around and the snow here is not fit for consumption. Enjoy your delicious treat!
What a cute idea!!!!
