I planned a lil’ kick it with cupcakes night for some of our friendlies last night. It pretty much took weeks of planning so that I’d be happy with how it turned out. It’s the little things that get under my skin if they’re not done right. Obviously, there are things I’d do differently next time – but there’s always room for improvement. We had a blast with our friends playing “Did you catch my whiff?” Guys had to guess which perfume scent was their lucky lady’s. Another game was unwrapping a fun-size candy bar with hands behind the backs. It was hilarious to watch near what looked to be “make-outs” trying to get the chocolate! Too funny! For my first REAL party hosted at MY house, I’d say it was a success. Everyone left with tummy’s gorging with cupcakes, a plate of cupcakes to take home, bottle of glitter roses, polish, chocolate bars, and most importantly smiles!
